We have specifically chosen high quality, technical products that brands that you can trust. We don’t expect many returns or warranties, but occasionally, faults can crop up.
We want to help you resolve any concerns with products. Bring the product you are not happy with back to our store and we will be happy to discuss the options with you. One option maybe to send the purchase back to the manufacturer for assessment, but we will keep you up to date with progress.
Any products bought from Helix Sport (except for the products listed below) can be returned to our store within 90 days of purchase.
Refunds will only be given if the products are returned complete, with packaging and in the condition you received it in.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method you used, (and it may take a few days for the transaction to appear on your statement).
If a product has been used, we may choose to offer an exchange or repair over a refund.
We cannot offer refunds on the following items:
Food and Drink; custom made products or personalised products; software; gift vouchers; underwear; face masks.
Warranties often don’t apply if the product is damaged through normal wear and tear or through inappropriate use but we can talk to you about this when you visit our team in store.
